You don't have to return the product; we will refund or replace your order. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the product must arrive in unsuitable conditions. To start a return, you can fill out the form found under Get in Touch.
If your refund is accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If your replacement request is accepted, we will immediately send the product at no cost to you.Â
